With formal closing completed December 19, Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) has acquired the assets of Coordinated Health (CH). This means Coordinated Health is now part of Lehigh Valley Health Network. LVHN and CH jointly announced in September they had signed a binding Letter of Intent for LVHN to acquire the assets of Coordinated Health, pending reviews by the Federal Trade Commission and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office. Those reviews concluded in November and both organizations worked diligently to reach closing.
