YesCare, a correctional facility care provider, will permanently shutter its headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee, effective June 22, ending operations that include behavioral health and a range of other services. As part of the winding-down process, YesCare will lay off 150 employees, according to a notice the company filed with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Private equity-backed YesCare had already filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Florida on May 8 after defaulting on a $50 million settlement.
