DHL Supply Chain has completed its acquisition of SDS Rx, a final-mile delivery company focused on healthcare and life sciences. The deal adds more than 200 U.S. locations to DHL’s network and strengthens its presence in time-sensitive medical transportation. SDS Rx, based in Westerville, Ohio, will be integrated into DHL’s Life Sciences & Healthcare division. The move is part of DHL’s broader strategy to deepen its footprint in specialized healthcare logistics, particularly around last-mile services for health systems, care centers and home-based patients.
