Drive Medical has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Compass Health Brands, a supplier of branded and private-label consumer medical products, including ProBasics, Carex and TheraMed. Drive Medical says the acquisition further strengthens its product portfolio and expands its ability to serve retailers, consumers and health care providers with solutions across the continuum of care. “This acquisition represents an important step forward for Drive Medical as we continue to broaden our range of offerings, allowing customers to access a more comprehensive portfolio through a single trusted partner,” said Derek Lampert, CEO.
