Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions acquired Wilderness Medical Staffing, a Livingston, Montana-based provider locum tenens staffing services to rural communities. Launched in 2010, Wilderness places physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and certified registered nurse anesthetists in rural and remote communities across Alaska and the western US. The deal follows Elite365’s acquisitions of Proxi Dental Staffing in March and therapy staffing provider Critical Connection last year. Elite365 launched in 2022 and is headquartered in Irving, Texas, and Tampa, Florida. It currently has more than 2,000 facilities in its network.
