Envision Radiology is acquiring private equity-backed imaging center operator Rezolut for an undisclosed sum, the two have announced. Founded in 2000 and based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where it opened its first center, Envision bills itself as one of the “nation’s leading” outpatient radiology providers. With the deal, Envision will add a total of 42 freestanding centers across six states, ballooning its location count to more than 100 nationwide. Rezolut, meanwhile, is a portfolio company of investment firm SRM Equity Partners, with the Atlanta-headquartered imaging outfit built through several acquisitions since its founding in 2018.
