Integrated Health 21 LLC, a South Side-based preventive health care and wellness company, is continuing its growth phase with the recent acquisition of an Ohio health and wellness company. Integrated Health acquired the assets of Cincinnati-based HealthWorks, which has over 25 years of providing biometric screenings, vaccine clinics and other wellness services. The deal followed Integrated Health’s acquisition of Fitness Essentials LLC and Healics Inc., both in 2022, and Health Fitness Concepts LLC in 2023. Integrated Health, founded in 2008 and a portfolio company of Tomayko Group Holdings Inc., contracts with health insurers and employers to provide health screenings, vaccinations and health coaching to improve employee job satisfaction and productivity.
