Extremity Healthcare Inc. (“EHI”) announced that it has acquired My Foot Doctor through its clinical division in Tennessee, Advanced Foot Care adding three more strategic Tennessee Locations in Cleveland, Lenoir City and Athens. My Foot Doctor’s founder Barry Schulman, DPM, FACFAS is a leader in Podiatry in those markets. Both Dr. Schulman and Dr. Claire Bello, DPM will be joining Advanced Footcare and the EHI team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
