After winnowing down its holdings in two states where it faced significant regulatory and reimbursement hurdles in 2024, Eduro Healthcare has taken a “careful” approach to acquisitions for most of 2025. Even so, the Salt Lake City-based skilled nursing chain was approached with 325 potential deals year-to-date.
