The Gladiolus Surgery Center, a medical office building in Fort Myers, has sold. The 7,315-square-foot building was bought by the suburban Dallas real estate investment firm Prime Healthcare Properties. It paid $4.6 million. The previous owner, a Fort Myers LLC, paid $3.85 million for the property at 7431 Gladiolus Drive in 2017.
