Last week, Fortune released its third annual list of “America’s Most Innovative Companies,” with 61 healthcare companies making the list. To create the list, Fortune partnered with Statista to evaluate companies on three dimensions of innovation. Over 40,000 employees completed surveys scoring their own companies on each of the three dimensions. In addition, over 2,500 experts participated in surveys about their external view on a company’s innovation. A total of 300 companies with the best overall scores were included on the list, with healthcare and financials being the most represented industries.
