Froedtert Holy Family Home Health Care will be integrating with another At Home Care service in the future. Froedtert and ThedaCare At Home will join forces on January 1st to enhance access to care and provide additional services like hospice and palliative care for more people and patients in surrounding areas like Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Kewaunee counties. Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital VP Brian Graf explains that the demand for home care services is rapidly growing due to an increase in the aging population, changes in patients’ preferences, and technological advancements.
