H2 Health, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase the majority ownership interest in Valir Outpatient Clinics which includes 25 locations providing physical therapy and related services throughout Oklahoma. The transaction expands H2’s coverage in Oklahoma to 29 locations. After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own and operate over 270 clinic locations.
