Jacobson Properties recently arranged the sale of Constitution Professional Park, Newington, CT, a three-building medical office complex spanning 31,198 square feet. The complex, which is 95% leased, was sold by Newington Realty to a national healthcare real estate investor for $8,850,000. Constitution Professional Park is anchored by the Hartford Hospital Eye Surgery Center, an ambulatory surgical center which provides surgical care for cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disease and select retinal diseases. The center performs more than 10,000 procedures per year.
