HonorHealth, a leading Valley healthcare system serving more than five million people in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area, announced it has signed an agreement to purchase the remaining interest in 26 urgent care centers in Arizona from FastMed. These urgent cares are currently operated under a joint venture relationship between FastMed and HonorHealth. HonorHealth already independently operates seven Urgent Care locations throughout the Valley and will continue to invest in healthcare services to meet the needs of growing communities in Arizona. These newly acquired FastMed locations will expand HonorHealth’s wholly owned urgent care operations across Maricopa County, and they will operate under the name HonorHealth Urgent Care.
