Material science specialist TekniPlex has been on nothing short of a shopping spree, acquiring 20 companies over the past 10 years. When TekniPlex Healthcare acquired Seisa Medical, a contract manufacturer of Class II and Class III medical devices, in December 2023, however, the stakes were higher.
