Humana sold one of its Louisville buildings last month. According to Louisville Business First, the health insurance giant sold its medical office building at 1918 Hikes Lane last month for $2.5 million. The 17,000-square-foot building in West Buechel was built in 1990 and is partially leased to the JenCare Senior Medical Center. The building was purchased by Dr. Rishi Kumar, CEO of Louisville-based Kumar Eye Institute, which has five other area locations.
