Inmark, a leading distributor of rigid container and life sciences packaging, announced December 23 that funds affiliated with private equity firm Kelso & Company (“Kelso”) have acquired a majority interest in the company. Quad-C Management, the current majority owner of Inmark, will be exiting its investment as part of the transaction, and Inmark management and employees will be retaining significant ownership in the company. Inmark is a leading global provider of packaging solutions, with locations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
