Innovaccer, a big data company servicing providers, payers and public health organizations, sees a digital health landscape ripe for potential acquisitions. The company’s CEO and co-founder Abhinav Shashank said in an interview at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society conference that he’s planning to make three acquisitions this year. Innovaccer’s strategy is to buy early-stage businesses and help those companies expand their market share, Shashank said. The target companies will have complementary products with the goal of enhancing Innovaccer’s existing data platform.
