The Jupiter Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center sold to a group of senior care operators from New Jersey for $19.2 million. Jupiter Gardens Property LLC, managed by Mark Friedman of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey-based CareRite Centers, sold the 120-bed nursing home at 17781 Thelma Ave. to Jupiter FL Realty, managed by Naftali Weiss and Joshua Fogel in Clifton, New Jersey. Merchants Bank of Indiana provided a $15.44 million mortgage to the buyers. Property data firm Vizzda confirmed the parties in the deal.
