National healthcare real estate development, management, and investment company, as part of a joint venture with an affiliate of The Carlyle Group, has acquired Brookhaven Medical Center II, a 51,429-square-foot medical office building in Atlanta’s Brookhaven submarket. The sales price was not disclosed. The building will be anchored by Piedmont Healthcare, which established a clinical hub at the adjacent Brookhaven Medical Center I in 2015 to complement its inpatient operations at the Piedmont Atlanta Hospital and provide healthcare services to the community in Brookhaven and surrounding Buckhead neighborhoods.
