Lincoln Advisors, an affiliate of Dallas, TX-based Lincoln Property Company, has acquired the Northwest Medical Center, a four-story, 149,202-square-foot medical office building located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. Lee Asher, Zack Holderman, Jordan Selbiger, Trent Jemmett and Cole Reeth of with CBRE represented the seller, joint venture between Harrison Street (an investment management firm) and HealthAmerica Realty Group (a commercial real estate firm that focuses on medical real estate), and procured the buyer.
