New York City-based Logos Living Capital has acquired five senior living communities since the end of last year, bringing its portfolio to 36 senior living communities across 13 states. Collectively, the communities, acquired in December and January, have more than 2,200 licensed independent living, assisted living or memory care beds/units. The recent investments follow two years of sustained acquisition activity. In October, Logos acquired eight Commonwealth Senior Living-managed properties previously owned by Invesque.
