The acquisition adds 17 operating homes and 6 homes in active development, immediately positioning Majestic Residences as the largest residential assisted living provider in North Carolina and the second-largest franchised residential assisted living provider in the nation, strengthening its national expansion trajectory. The addition will give Majestic Residences 34 operating homes with over 10 in development.
