The investment will support further advancement of the Company’s AI-powered INTRAXTM platform to optimize critical business and clinical operations for hospitals. First Analysis, a venture capital investor, also participated in the transaction alongside the Company’s Founder, Bogdan Nedelcu, and HealthX Ventures, who will retain significant stakes in the business.
