Houston, Texas-based PsychPlus has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the Southern District of Texas of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Public documents show the company, identified as P Health, filed on May 8. Details about the impetus for the filing are sparse. The company and its attorneys have not responded to a request for comment. At least in part, a resolution by the company’s ownership authorizing the bankruptcy action states that the company has considered in-court and out-of-court restructuring.
