The deal between Mercyhealth and FHN has taken effect. Mercyhealth announced it finalized an affiliation agreement with FHN effective Jan. 1, 2026. As part of the agreement, FHN Memorial Hospital is now named Mercyhealth FHN Hospital. Mercyhealth said that with the affiliation, Mercyhealth FHN will have more efficient use of resources, cost savings, and reinvestments, which will be used to improve patient care and technology in the service area.
