Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s most active investors in medical office real estate, has acquired an outpatient medical office building that is home to a cancer center in the Mobile suburb of Daphne, Alabama. The 33,256 SF building is fully occupied by Southern Cancer Center, a prominent specialty provider in the area. “This acquisition is a prime example of the type of opportunities we are pursuing with well-positioned physician groups and health systems in growing market areas with attractive fundamentals,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
