Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s most active investors in medical office real estate, has acquired a specialty medical office building in the Atlanta Metro Area. The 24,500 SF building in Suwanee, a northeast suburb of Atlanta, is tenanted by Thomas Eye, a dominant eye care provider in the area. In 2024, Montecito acquired six other properties occupied by the group in the suburban and exurban communities of Roswell, Sandy Springs, Tyrone, Newnan, Woodstock, and Lilburn, GA.
