Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a seven-building medical office portfolio in Northwest Georgia. The properties, with a combined area of 308,145 square feet, are in Rome, Calhoun, Adairsville, and Cartersville, Georgia, are part of the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell MSA.
