The fully occupied properties total over 72,000 square feet, anchored by Spokane Eye Clinic. The assets are strategically positioned across both downtown Spokane and key suburban medical corridors. One of the properties includes an ambulatory surgery center. “We are excited to expand our footprint in the Pacific Northwest, a region characterized by favorable healthcare demand fundamentals and limited supply of institutional-quality medical outpatient real estate,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
