Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s most active investors in medical outpatient real estate, has acquired a 14,380-SF property in Des Moines, Iowa. The building, which includes an ambulatory surgery center, is 100% occupied by Urology Center of Iowa, a leading specialty provider in the area. “The Des Moines property represents our second acquisition in the Upper Midwest in the past two months, and we remain enthused by the attractive opportunities we continue to see in this region,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
