Nationwide Medical has acquired Dynamic Healthcare Services (DHS), expanding access to its offerings across a wider geographic footprint. DHS is a well-established provider of home respiratory supplies, durable medical equipment (DME) and oxygen across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and surrounding areas. It offers patient-centric services and clinical programming to drive improved outcomes in OSA and COPD therapies. Nationwide Medical in 2024 partnered with Heritage Group, a Nashville, Tenn.-based private equity firm in late 2024 to support growth efforts.
