U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists, LLC (“USFAS”), a portfolio company of NMS Capital (“NMS”), announced that it has acquired Caroline Foot & Ankle of Huntersville. Based in the Lake Norman and Mountain Island Lake area of North Carolina, Dr. Mark Quist, DPM, started Carolina Foot and Ankle of Huntersville in 2002, when he opened up his first location in Huntersville, North Carolina. By 2009, the practice had grown to three locations when it opened an office in Mooresville, NC.
