PACS Group (NYSE: PACS) announced Monday that its subsidiaries have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the operations of 34 skilled nursing facilities across six western states from Eduro Healthcare, a family-owned company. The transaction includes 22 facilities in Texas, six in Montana, three in South Dakota and one facility each in New Mexico, North Dakota and Utah. All in all, the facilities comprise 3,633 skilled nursing beds. Eduro Healthcare is a Utah-based skilled nursing operating company that was founded in 2008 in Salt Lake City. It currently operates 39 buildings in seven states.
