NYC Healthcare Firm Buys Fairfield Medical Group Building for $20.5M

New York City-based CD Healthcare Infrastructure Partners, a real asset investment platform focused on modernizing mission-critical healthcare infrastructure, has purchased the property that houses Yale New Haven Health’s Northeast Medical Group for $20.5 million, according to town property records. Through New York-based UU CT MOB I LLC, CD Healthcare finalized the deal for the 36,000-square-foot professional building at 1152 Kings Highway Cutoff from Fairfield Commons LLC of Bridgeport on May 15.
