Cincinnati-based TriHealth has completed the acquisition of Clinton Memorial Hospital, a 140-bed facility in Wilmington, Ohio, marking its sixth acute care hospital. The facility will be renamed TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital and serve as a hub for the system’s specialized services, including women’s health, cancer, heart and vascular, neurosciences and stroke care.
