In December 2025, Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (Omega) acquired four senior housing facilities in New Jersey, Wisconsin and Indiana for $36.9 million. The Company will operate the facilities, through two new third-party property managers, utilizing the REIT Investment Diversification and Empowerment Act of 2007 (“RIDEA”) structure. Omega also acquired one care home in the U.K. for $15.6 million and leased it to an existing operator.
