Tampa-based Onicx Group (Onicx) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trinity Oaks Medical Arts Building, a two-story, 31,000-square-foot Class A medical outpatient building in Trinity, a high-growth suburb within the Tampa Bay region. This acquisition marks the second investment in Onicx’s Healthcare Real Estate Fund since its launch in August. Constructed in 2008, the property is situated on a BayCare Health System (Fitch AA rating) outpatient campus and boasts a strong tenant mix, including Orthopaedic Associates of West Florida, a subsidiary of the Florida Orthopaedic Institute.
