Primary care player Forward is abruptly shutting down its operations, closing its locations and canceling scheduled visits, the company publicly announced. The company also is shutting down its mobile application effectively immediately, the company said in a post on its website. There was no other information available on the website. Fierce Healthcare has reached out to Forward for comment but has not received a response. The Information first reported that Forward was shutting down. All of its nearly 200 employees will lose their jobs, the publication reported, citing a person close to the company.
