CMS took significant steps promoting services provided via digital health, aligning with the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) initiative advanced by the Trump Administration and led by Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Notably, the Proposed Rule introduces a simplified process for adding new codes to be covered by Medicare when the services are provided via telehealth.
