Providence, a not-for-profit health system serving the Western U.S., and Compassus, a leading national provider of integrated home-based care services, announce they have finalized the second phase of a joint venture for home health, hospice, community-based palliative care and personal home care services in California. The new entity will operate under the name Providence at Home with Compassus. Under the agreement, Compassus will manage operations for the joint venture, which includes 10 home health, one personal home care, six hospice and two community-based palliative care locations in California.
