Randolph Health and Dava Foundation, Inc., has finalized their agreement to purchase all of Randolph Health’s operating assets. The agreement, originally announced in principal on Tuesday morning, was finalized on Friday. The asset purchase agreement was filed with the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina that day. It is subject to the approval of the bankruptcy court and is expected to go through the normal bankruptcy proceedings.
