Regional West Health Services has entered into an executive management agreement with CGS Health, a third-party administrator currently based in Connecticut, with the intention of finalizing the sale of the assets of Regional Care, Inc. (RCI) on Dec. 1, 2025. RCI was founded in 1992 with two employees and a mission to contain rising healthcare costs. Thirty-three years later, RCI is recognized nationally as a premier independent third-party health plan administrator. “Regional West is dedicated to enhancing healthcare services in our region, and to achieve this, we needed to concentrate our efforts in the delivery of patient care,” said Ned Resch, Regional West President and CEO.
