Rural Healthcare Group (RHG) has announced its acquisition of four primary care clinics in the Northern Middle Tennessee market – all to improve access to primary care in Robertson and Cheatham Counties. The clinics are located in Pleasant View, Springfield, Greenbrier, and White House, and have a long history of providing primary care to their surrounding communities. This is RHG’s first follow-on acquisition after its founding this year. In May, RHG acquired Smoky Mountain Urgent Care, a four-location physician-owned primary care provider with locations across Western North Carolina. With RHG’s entrance into Tennessee, RHG now has 8 primary care clinics under its umbrella – exceeding this year’s expansion plans.
