A dermatology group with locations in more than a half dozen states has acquired a two-office Capital Region practice. Saratoga Dermatology, which had offices in Saratoga Springs and Clifton Park, is now part of Schweiger Dermatology Group, according to the two parties’ websites. Schweiger notified the state Department of Health of the deal in June according to a state listing. Schweiger-related entities are also acquiring two other practices outside the Capital Region in separate transactions, the listing indicates. Saratoga Dermatology was owned by doctors Jean and John Buhac.
