Selectis Health has agreed to sell two Georgia skilled nursing facilities totaling 201 beds for $15.7 million and transfer its operations to Journey-affiliated operators, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing. The 101-bed Glen Eagle Healthcare and Rehab in Abbeville and the 100-bed Eastman Healthcare and Rehab in Eastman will be sold to newly formed Journey-affiliated entities, Abbeville Crossing Propco and Eastman Trails Propco. At the same time, Selectis signed an operations transfer agreement with Journey-affiliated entities to transition management of the two facilities.
