Smile Doctors, the nation’s fastest-growing orthodontic support organization (OSO), capped a historic year in 2025 by adding more than 100 new locations nationwide. Following the landmark acquisition of myOrthos in the first quarter, Smile Doctors continued its momentum by partnering with 15 additional practices, most recently through eight new affiliations and three de novo locations. Newly affiliated practices include: Phamily Orthodontics (PA), VanLaecken Orthodontics (SD), Hoch Orthodontics (NJ), Seder Orthodontics (IL), Adams Orthodontics (GA), and Caples & Robinson Orthodontics (LA).
