SonarMD, a care coordination and drug optimization solution for gut health, continues its rapid growth. The company announced a new acquisition, an executive team hire, and a value-based care partnership with a major health insurer. SonarMD recently closed its acquisition of Triggr Health, an AI-based care coordination company also based in Chicago. SonarMD plans to apply Triggr Health’s optimized care coordination and sophisticated predictive analytics capabilities to further enhance its existing solution, which initially focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
