South County Health has announced that it will be evaluating a potential “transformational partnership” over the next several months. In a press release issued by the hospital, officials said that the Board of Trustees has secured a letter of intent with an outside partner and will enter into an “exclusive diligence” period over the course of 120 days, where both sides will perform further evaluation and negotiation toward an agreement. The hospital did not reveal the name of the party they were evaluating.
